Attendance: Keith Brown, Keith Edwards, Michael Pacholke and Peri Swenson of Kinney Management. Mike Hathorne arrived after the election. Glen Foulk was not able to attend.

1. Keith Brown called meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. Meeting was delayed due to location change.
2. Minutes of the Annual Meeting from May 14, 2003 were reviewed and approved.
3. Board vote with unanimous approval of directors present to allow “temporary basketball hoops “ for front yard use. Basketball hoops must meet all guideline requirements of permanent hoops and be maintained upright and in good condition.
4. Review of Income Statement dated March 31, 2004. Question on percentage of interest earned on reserve account. Peri to report at next regular meeting.
5. Nominations for open board position – Michael Pacholke and Monty Coe each expressed interest in position to homeowners in attendance.
6. Election
7. Keith Brown gave a review of the community. Discussion included improvements to the landscaped breezeway at 143rd into the park area, damage to the monument signage at the Wigwam entrance and lighting and shade canopy improvements to the tot lot / park area.
8. Open Discussion included questions from homeowners on traffic calming, particularly around the park area. Request was made for information on speed enforcement, speed humps, stop signs and rumble strips. Keith Brown will investigate for the next regular board meeting. Homeowner’s unanimously wanted monument signage restored at Wigwam entrance. Peri to provide proposal at next regular board meeting.
9. Election Results – Monty Coe elected to Board of Directors.
10. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
