Attendance: Present: Keith Brown, Keith Edwards, Glen Foulk, Monte Coe, Mike Hathorne, and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management.
- Called to order at 7:04 pm.
- Reviewed and approved the Open session meeting minutes from November 10, 2004 after revisions were made.
- Regarding f: Homeowner from lot 13 says that she got a violation for a flagpole in her back yard. Homeowner was told about submitting an architectural form.
Homeowner was given an Architectural form and was told to submit it to the Architectural committee.
- Regarding g: Homeowner from lot 369 says he got a violation letter about his tent trailer can be seen above his fence line and wanted to know what he should do. Keith Brown stated that it was ok as long as he got approvals from his neighbors.
Homeowner was advised to discuss it with their neighbors and submit an Architectural form to the Architectural committee.
- Reviewed the income statement dated November 30, 2004.
- New Business:
- 2005 Contract for Website Service was reviewed and approved, with Paul Krey wanting help with the web content.
- Proposal for Erosion at 143rd/ Weldon Breezeway was reviewed and approved with changing from ¼ minus rock to ½” screened rock.
- Old Business:
- Update on the Monument Signage at the Wigwam Entrance was discussed.
- Discussion on additional Park improvements: Two Proposals at the next open session meeting to vote to approve or not approve the following items:
- Homeowner request to have another bench installed to sit and watch their kids.
- Homeowner says basketball court is a good ideal but no light needed. Says it will be of value to the community.
- Homeowner says basketball court is a good ideal so that we know where our children are, and that we should have lights that are on a timer.
- Homeowner says basketball court is a good ideal but lights are definitely needed.
- Open Discussion:
- Homeowner says thanks to whomever about the barking dog situation.
- Homeowner complains about the lack of rock around the community and a discussion on putting in a larger rock named Dutchman Gold.
- Adjournment at 8:03 pm.
