Attendance: Glen Foulk, Lisa Juarez, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management.
- Called to order at 7:02 p.m.
- Approval of previous meeting minutes from May 9, 2007. (Unanimous)
- Review nominations for the two board positions and listened to each nominee express their interest.
- Glen Foulk (re-election)

- Election
- Guess speaker from City of Goodyear spoke gave a presentation on water conservation and noted an upcoming law against water waste from homeowner’s landscape watering.
- Review of Income Statement dated March 31, 2008.
- Community Review
- The board discussed the challenges of the current housing market with the excess foreclosures and the effects it has on landscaping. The board explained that it was taking action where it was legal to compel homeowners to keep their yards in compliance with the CC&Rs. The HOA will not cleanup yards with violations due to legal and liability reasons.
- The board unanimously voted to have a solar powered light placed at the back of the park by 143rd lane to discourage unwanted loitering at night and provide light for the police if called to the area.
- The board unanimously voted to have granite laid in the breezeway on 143rd Lane between Clarendon and Weldon and in the retention area across the street, south of the park ramada.
- Open Discussion
- The board appointed Melody Kunch to fill a seat on the board.
- Election Results: Glen Foulk and Lisa Juarez were re-elected. Melody Kunch was appointed a board member by the board.
