Attendance: Lisa Juarez, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management.

1. Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Review and unanimous approval of Meeting Minutes from November 12, 2008.
3. Review and acceptance of the Income Statement dated November 30, 2008.
4. New Business:
   • Discussed vandalism to breezeway and the wall at the park.
     • Playground cover was ripped. Peri will get a quote for fixing or replacement as needed.
     • Looking into the skate ramp in the backyard of one lot.
   • Unanimously approved website billing invoice for 2009.
5. Old Business:
   1. None.
6. Open Discussion
   1. No homeowners with issues.
7. Adjournment at 7:22 pm.
